They are strategically expanding their leadership team to direct all aspects of software development, from conceptualization to implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and implement software development processes and best practices to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the software development team, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software products
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the software development team
  • Act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on technology strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or Ph.D (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering)
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and management, leading and delivering multifaceted software projects
  • Previous experience in a software management position, providing hands-on technical leadership
  • Professional experience with EDA (Electronic Design Automation) is required
  • Experience in semiconductors is a bonus
