  • Lead conversations with various internal business and technical teams, including senior management and department heads
  • Manage complex employee relations, providing appropriate HR guidance
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, partnering with legal if necessary
  • Create contract terms for applicable new hires, transfers, and promotions (this includes international employees)
  • Evaluate and monitor the success of relevant training programs, following up on required objectives


  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (or relevant degree)
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Must have related experience in the manufacturing industry, a preference for semiconductor industry experience
  • Occasional overseas travel
