Role
- Define and drive Learning and Development strategies related to internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate and develop partnerships with key business stakeholders and executive leaders
- Understand training procedures and identify any needed training solutions
- Direct the US L&D organization, managing and developing a team
- Work with a global HR organization, managing different cultural perspectives
Qualifications
- MS or PH.D. (Human Resources, Psychology, etc.)
- MBA is a bonus, but not required
- 6+ years experience related to L&D
- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment
