- Drive device engineering and development responsibilities (MOSFETs, silicon power Diodes, and IGBTs)
- Lead collaboration efforts with key internal teams, such as the product development team
- Identify short-term and long-term strategy roadmaps related to market needs, potential customers, and advancement of internal technology
Qualifications
- 5-15+ years of engineering experience in semiconductors (based on degree level
- BS/MS/PH.D. (Electrical Engineering, Physics, etc.)
- Expertise with device design and process development of high voltage (<500V) power semiconductor products
- TCAD simulation tools is a bonus
