Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate oriented – exceptional sales, research, and networking skills, quickly learn and utilize our proactive identification of active/passive talent and full life cycle recruiting engagement process for the best candidate experience
  • Be a talent magnet – think inclusively, create diverse candidate pipelines, and build talent pipelines to attract passive talent
  • Build intellectual capital in the tech industry, developing your knowledge
  • Work directly with SBT leadership on research strategies, actively taking part in business development and client retention
  • Ability to take ownership of the entire recruiting process


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building authentic and long-lasting partnerships
  • Business-minded, understanding the dynamics of candidates and the companies we represent
  • Driven by a competitive entrepreneurial spirit to motivate success
  • Interest and desire to learn about the tech industry and collaborate with a core team
  • Must be able to absorb and process information
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage in an office environment effectively
