Role
- Lead new technology transfers, production line set up maintenance, and quality productivity improvements to optimize production operations
- Manage team of 5-15 defect metrology manufacturing engineers
- Collaborate with Integration, Process, Equipment and Manufacturing engineering
- Responsible for full ownership of a process loop
- Exhibit a strong “hands-on” technical and establish managerial culture across the site
Qualifications
- BS/MS/Ph.D. (Relevant engineering degrees)
- 5-10+ years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing (or yield/defect R&D metrology)
- 2-3+ years managing a team of technical engineers
- Professional knowledge of CMOS FinFET process flow
- Ability to travel when necessary
