These industry-leading next-gen silicon power devices are developed through their own novel technology. As the demand for their technology increases, this team is strategically expanding its engineering teams.
- Coordinate and lead multiple projects and teams (device, product design, and packaging)
- Define and develop technologies utilized in the product development of silicon power Diodes, MOSFETs, and IGBTs
- Own the BEOL (back end of line) development and integration for manufactured devices
- External communication with clients and different foundries in the industry, meeting a variety of expectations related to BEOL process flow
Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience in semiconductors
- BS/MS/PH.D. (relevant engineering degree)
- Experience working with FEOL processes and understanding implications related to wafer stress, hi-k dielectric stack in gate-last process, poly/dielectric CMP, or metal deposition
- Experience in high voltage (<500V) class of products is a bonus
