This company is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to support the CEO. You will streamline operations, boost productivity, and ensure the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, acting as the critical link between the executive team and the broader company as well as serve as a conduit of communication with vendors and customers alike acting at times as the VoC (voice of CEO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, organize meetings, handle travel, and ensure the CEO focuses on high-priority tasks. Provide comprehensive support on special projects, report preparation, and key initiatives.
- Project Management: Lead critical projects, create plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor team deliverables and drive documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Represent the company at industry events.
- Accounting/HR Support: Assist with AR/AP, budget management, hiring, and benefits administration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of EA/CoS experience, ideally in tech/startups
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally quarterly if needed
