As the demand for their technology increases, this team is strategically expanding its engineering teams.
Role
- Define and develop next-generation technologies
- Lead collaboration efforts with key internal teams, such as the product development team
- Identify short-term and long-term strategy roadmaps related to market needs, potential customers, and advancement of internal technology
- Execute multiple projects and timelines with a “hands-on” technical approach
- Manage and build out a small team of engineers
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Engineering
- 10-15+ years of engineering experience in power semiconductors (MOSFETs, silicon power Diodes, and IGBTs)
- AC-to-DC and/or DC-to-DC converter design
- Expertise with device design and process development of high voltage (<500V) power semiconductor products
